Leganto

Leganto allows you to create notes about citations, which can be public (for students to see) or private. 

Public notes let us communicate messages to students regarding the resource.

Private notes can be used for thoughts about a reading or as a reminder to yourself or other reading list collaborators.

Public notes

1. Hover over the citation and click Full details, or click on the ellipsis (…) and Edit item.
2. Click on the Item actions tab and add your note in the Note for students: section.
3. Click on the X (close) to close the edit screen.
4. Students will see the note under the title of the citation.

Private note

1. Hover over the citation and click Full details or click on the ellipsis (…) and Edit item.
2. Click on the Item details tab and add your note in the Private note section.
3. Click on the X (close) to close the edit screen.
