Add and manage collaborators
You can add ACU staff as collaborators, who can then view and edit a reading list.
- Click on List info at the top of the reading list.

- A new window opens with details about the reading list.
- Select Manage collaborators or +Add collaborators.

- Search for a colleague's name.
- Choose the access you wish to give the collaborator from the drop-down menu, the options are:
- List owner: gives a collaborator full control and the ability to add, edit, remove and change resources and sections, delete the entire list, and add/remove collaborators to the list.
- Can edit list: allows users to add, edit, remove and change resources and sections.
