After adding citations to a list, include more detail for the list users.

• Edit citations to indicate the type of resource, for example a book chapter or video.
• Add notes to the students about elements of the reading or the course, or private notes for the teaching team.
• Add tags to indicate actions for students or the library.
• Create Shareable links to use in Canvas.

You can add and edit details about a resource, for example the book edition or start and end pages for a book chapter.

1. From the Ellipsis (…) menu at the right-hand side of the item, select Edit item.
2. You can change the resource type and add details relevant to the resource. For example, for a book chapter, include the chapter title, the chapter number, and the start and end pages.
3. Click SAVE when finished.
