Notes

Title: The title is always in italics. All words in the title and subtitle are capitalised, except articles and prepositions.

Publisher: Use the abbreviation U, for the word University in the publisher's name.  (E.g. State U of New York, or Australian Catholic U).

Database: If accessed via a subscription database, include the database name in italics.

URL: Do not include the prefix http//: or https//: in the URL, unless it is a DOI link.
