  • The short title of the Act and the Year are italicised.
  • Jurisdiction – use abbreviation and put in brackets.
  • Pinpoint – identify the particular section, part, paragraph, schedule, etc abbreviated. See Rule 3.1.4 (page 66) for a table of appropriate abbreviations.
  • Bibliography entries do not end with a full stop. They also don't have a pinpoint.
